We are located yards from the seafront and a 5-minute walk from Blackpool North station, the Phoenix is a small and centrally located guest house.

Directions
Leave the Motorway for 'North Shore' and follow the signs to the Town Centre. Continue to the Promenade and turn right past North Pier/Tower and the 'Metropole Hotel' on the sea front. Cocker Street is the 3rd right turn from the Metropole. A ?Pay and Display? car park is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street and the hotel is located on the right after the car park. Low Cost Parking is also available at the Train Station on Banks Street only 3 minutes walk.;
