Taxis reccommended. Around �8 Straight on for 1.5 miles straight on at roundabout then 5th road on left. Tuxford house is 100m on left, By bus cross main road into Lytham Road l(eft hand side) No 11 bus, ask for Alexandra road, .service very 10 minutes. Stage coach run on this route as well.
