All our en-suite family rooms have a comfortable double bed and two single beds. They are all equipped with flat screen TV tea and coffee making facilities radio alarms hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. The modern en-suites have shower facilities and we include Fresh White Soft Towels on a Daily basis. There is a modern central heating system for when it is cold outside and there is an abundance of hot water.

At the end of the M55 go straight accross the roundabout onto Yeadon Way. Follow this road over 2 mini roundabouts and under the bridge. At the Traffic lights (Blackpool Football Club is on your left) turn left short distance to the next traffic lights where you turn left again then take the first right which is St Chads Road we are a short way down on the right.;
